Merchants listing endpoint with optional active filtering and pagination.

Bearer token authentication is required.

Only merchants accessible to the authenticated user are returned.

Returns connected merchants with their basic profile and configuration fields.

Filter by active status using ?active=0|1 (0 = inactive, 1 = active).

Results are paginated; use ?page= and ?per_page= to control pagination.
